Soul Leadership & Inner Management: Why it matters now more than ever

From strategies to the soul: my journey to soul leadership

I never thought I would write a blog post about “leadership from the soul”. I spent too many years in traditional leadership roles - sales manager, managing director, consultant. Strategies, processes, numbers. Everything right. All important.

And yet: something crucial was often missing. Not on the outside - but in the inner connection. To myself. To what really matters. To what is alive beyond the roles.

What I have experienced in 25 years of accompanying people has been given a name: Soul Leadership. It is not a theory that I have made up, but a living experience that has passed through me. Leadership that does not come from a position, but from an inner direction. It is not louder, but more audible. Not faster, but more permeable. Not controlling, but inviting.

My path there was not a straight line. It was an awakening, sometimes gentle, sometimes shattering. The realization that Inner Management - the ability to hold inner space - is the very foundation of all true leadership. To breathe with uncertainty. To live with contradictions. To be creative with not-knowing.

I sense that we are at a threshold point. The old models of leadership are being exhausted before our eyes. Not because they were wrong, but because they originate from a level of consciousness that is no longer sufficient for the complexity of our time. What if the real leadership begins in you - not in your title? What if real change comes not from better concepts, but from people who know themselves more deeply?

My new book project on the Supramental Economy is about exactly that. It is not another attempt to explain a model. It is a space that has opened up within me. Not out of strategy - but out of an inner call. An impulse to put into a new language what I have felt, observed and embodied over the years. Not just through economics - but through consciousness.
