Our intention is to make us aware of an already visible future that is developing outside the known paradigm. We have our project named "MapMakersWorld":

We are a wild and diverse group of people from all walks of life. Our main fields of work include organizational growth, marketing, communication, and personal as well as personality development. We are pioneers of consciousness and work as entrepreneurs, marketing professionals, international consultants, and management coaches—particularly in the areas of future scenarios and top‑level leadership coaching with a focus on integrated solutions.

With clarity and constructive precision, we demonstrate the important role that inner consciousness already plays in management and why it will be indispensable in the near future. We are wayshowers who support businesses and individuals in creating naturally dynamic, organically effective, inspiring, and sustainable organizations.

We offer a new generation of leadership development, coaching, training, and consulting through InnerManagement and LeaderIntensive programs, with a deep commitment to developing authentic strengths and holistic business perspectives that create lasting role models.

We provide these experiences especially for the development of trendsetting models of living and working. We do this primarily through our own model projects in the areas of work, life, and living—among them the Future Academy, the MapMakersAcademy, and the registered association ALEA e.V.
